ACS Marketplace Support Requests

To submit a request from this page, you will need to launch ACS Marketplace (ACS Marketplace on Society Source), which requires a license. Once in ACS Marketplace, click on ‘Forms’ near the top of the page. Below is a list of each of the forms available in ACS Marketplace and the details you should expect to provide or receive once you have completed the form.

Additions & Enablement 

The following forms/emails will assist you with getting suppliers and/or products added to ACS Marketplace: 

  • MPEnablement@cancer.org: If you need support to enable users/suppliers in ACS Marketplace, you will need to contact the Enablement team 
  • New Supplier Request Form: Use this form to request a new supplier to be added to the ACS Marketplace. You will need to provide supplier contact information and banking details 
  • New International Supplier Request Form: Use this form to request a new international supplier to be added to the ACS Marketplace. You will need to provide supplier contact information and banking details 
  • New Item Request Form: Use this form when you would like to request a new item or an array of new products to be set up for users to order in ACS Marketplace. 

Grants, Payments & Reimbursements 

The following forms/emails will assist you with setting up grants, payments and/or with getting suppliers paid: 

Purchases & Rentals 

The following forms will assist you with making purchases or renting materials:

  • Bid / Procurement Support Form: Use this form to request assistance with purchases that require competitive bids or buyer support with large custom orders or special buying projects (ie: product selection, supplier selection, etc.) 
  • Event Rental: If you are unable to locate a supplier on the ‘Preferred Supplier List,’ use this form to request a rental from a reputable local supplier (at your discretion). Items include: Tents, Tables, Chairs, AV Equipment, etc 
  • IT Hardware Request: Use this form to request hardware not listed in the CDW catalog. 
  • Software Request: Use this form to request software. Review the Approved and Prohibited Software list available on helpme.cancer.org prior to completing this form. 
  • Non-Catalog Orders – Halo: Use this form to request items not found on Halo's ACS Marketplace online catalog. Contact Halo to request quote. Once finalized, Halo will provide you with an order acknowledgement. 
  • Non-Catalog Orders – PK: Use this form to request items not found on PK's ACS Marketplace ACSonline catalog. Contact PK to request quote. Once finalized, PK will provide you with an order acknowledgment. 
  • Non-Catalog Orders – RRD: Use this form to request items not found on RRD's ACS Marketplace online catalog. Contact RRD to request quote. Once finalized, RRD will provide you with an order acknowledgement. 
  • Non-Catalog Orders – Will Enterprises: Use this form to request items not found on Will Enterprise's ACS Marketplace online catalog. Contact WE to request quote. Once finalized, WE will provide you with an order acknowledgement. 

Administrative

The following forms will assist you with maintaining business continuity:

  • Pre-paid Postage Funds Transfer Request: Use this form to request to transfer funds into USPS's EPS or CAPS accounts for pre-paid postage. 
  • Reassignment Request: Use this form when you need to reassign ACS Marketplace active transactions to a different requester. If you only need to temporarily delegate approval authority, do not use this form. Go to your settings and set delegation.
