ACS OUTLOOK SIGNATURE

Add/Edit Information

For ACS Staff, signatures changes are as follows: Title Changes, Submit a STAR form. Address Changes, Submit an ADP Work Event, Phone/ Professional Credentials Click Here, Email Signature Name, please follow the Name Change Instructions.

For Temporary Workers, signature changes are as follows: Name, Title, & Address Changes, submit feedback to feedback.acs@sdccomp.com. Office phone, mobile phone, and fax number changes - refer Temp to the FIM Portal. Once in the FIM Portal, this information can be updated by clicking "My Profile" under "Users" on the left-hand side of the portal. Click Here to access the FIM Portal. Troubleshooting

Signature is Missing

  1. First, make sure you are logged into VPN or connected at an ACS office.
  2. Close and reopen the Microsoft Outlook program on your computer. Open a new email to see if the signature shows up.

If the above steps do not work, the update may have cleared your default signature settings in Outlook. Reset them by following these steps:

  1. Open a New Email.
  2. Locate and click the Signature dropdown.
  3. Click Signatures...
  4. On the right-hand side, look for the section ‘Choose default signature’.
  5. If the dropdown for ‘New messages’ and ‘Replies/forwards’ shows (none), click the dropdown on both and set the default to the ACSStandardSig (*YOUR NAME*).
  6. Click OK.
  7. Close the email and open a new one.
  8. The new signature should show up.

Outlook signature/emails are not displaying images (including logos)

Check the following:

  1. In Outlook: Go to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings… > Email Security. Remove the check mark next to ‘Read all standard mail in plain text’.
  2. In Internet Explorer, click Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab. Scroll to Security Section and uncheck next to ‘Do not save encrypted pages to disk’. Click Apply to apply the change.
  3. If you used any step above, restart Outlook.
