Greater Giving Support

Getting Access

  • Requesting Staff Access: Utilize the Greater Giving Contact Support page.
  • Requesting Volunteer Access: Please open an event support Case on behalf of the volunteer under the event record in Salesforce. Include: volunteer name, email address and the name of the Greater Giving project. Make sure to upload the volunteer's signed Volunteer Confidentiality form to the volunteers contact record in Salesforce prior to requesting their access.

Setting Up Your Website

  • For project setup, follow instructions for How to Request a Website QRG. Be sure to add to chatter and indicate that you need a Greater Giving Project setu up. Do this even if you will now be utilizing Greater Giving's public facing website.

Equipment Ordering

All equipment should be ordered at least 6 weeks before the event.

Greater Giving Power Users

  • Reach out to a Greater Giving Power User for additional support with your Greater Giving Project. You'll find list of Power Users here.

Additional Requests

To perform any of the below actions, please submit a request via Greater Giving here:

  • Request Onsite Support (Profressional Event Services)
  • Set Up Online Bidding
  • Request changes to the Organizational Contacts for your license
  • Request for a new license (new office using Greater Giving)
