Volunteer/Donor Messaging - We know that your volunteers have been asking questions about the delays due to donation processing or system limitations. Below is some language you can use to share with your volunteers to help support these questions and concerns.

The American Cancer Society recently went through an enterprise wide technology upgrade and we are experiencing some typical processing delays and need to do some system fixes. We hope to have these issues addressed soon. Thank you for your continued patience.
As of January 23rd, 2019, the revenue reclass process for 2019 transactions has been closed. Any outstanding questions and feedback regarding the 2019 revenue reclass process should be directed to PlatformManagement@cancer.org. As previously communicated, a separate process for staff to request changes to Salesforce Campaigns only will be made available in the near future.
