Everything you need to customize, manage and promote your Relay for Life website. Carefully review all the customization requirements to ensure your event details are accurate and up to date.
Do you have an issue related to the Event Management Tool (EMT) or its modules (RPT, Sponsors, MSABC Call Module, DE, etc.)? Open an EMT/RPT Help Ticket and the Event Website Team would be happy to assist you.
Note: As of 2/8/19 RPT will be read-only.
Need access to the administrative side of your event website (EMC)? If you have taken the Online Event Management Center Training in Society Pathways already, choose this form. If not, first, take the training, Click Here to Access, and then complete the Website Event Manager Access Request which will be sent to you by email. Requests are usually fulfilled in 2 business days.
Do you need to create a new event, including a website? The first step in establishing your event is completing the Request a New Event form so the Events Team at SSBC can start the process. The exceptions to this process would be annual Spring/Summer Relay for Life Events and Fall Making Strides Events, these events are already moved over from year to year.
Do you need to change something logistical for your current event (Event Date, Time, Location, or Staff Partner contact)? The first step is to ensure changes are completed in all Society Systems including: Siebel, EMT, Blackbaud(Convio), The Connection, etc. This request will inform the Events Team at SSBC to update all the pertinent databases.

Do you have an issue related to your event website (adding sponsor logos, moving participants / donations, discount codes, etc.)? Open an Event Website Help Ticket and our Event Website Support Team would be happy to assist you
Access request for the MSABC Calling Module on EMT for temporary staff or recruiters who don’t need access to EMT. Regular ACS staff should utilize the EMT/RPT help ticket.
Need assistance with sending a website-based email campaign? Use this request form and please allow at least 10 business days for turn around.
Use the Website Report Request Form for Blackbaud/Convio Online Event Reports that are not currently available in the Event Management Center (EMC). Note: Historical event information (year over year) revenue, especially predating 2012, or current mailing addresses are available on a separate form.
