New Event: Request Creation of any New Event

In Salesforce it is very easy to see all external sources that bring money and participants into your event record, including your fundraising website(s). You can also request an event website directly from Salesforce. If you are needing a new event in Salesforce, please follow the steps in the following two QRG’s:

Existing Event: Change Request (Date, Time, Location, etc.)

Do you need to change something logistical for your current event (Event Date, Time, Location, or Staff Partner contact)?  In Salesforce, navigate to your event record, and follow the QRG. You will also need to update Blackbaud/EMC/Convio.

Existing Event: Change Request for Other Event Details

Not all event details can be updated in Salesforce, and those can be requested via this Event Change Request Form (Convio Website ID, Social Media ID’s, URL, etc).

Existing Event: All Other issues (not listed above)

Website Email Campaign Request

Salesforce Exports, Mailing Lists and Website Report Requests

Use the Website Report Request Form for Blackbaud/Convio Online Event Reports that are not currently available in the Event Management Center (EMC). Note: Historical event information (year over year) revenue, especially predating 2012, or current mailing addresses are available on a separate form.
