The Marketing Request Form should be used if you need assistance in the following areas:
If you need a report, insights, or information regarding one of our digital properties (cancer.org,event site, e-commerce, donations).
If you need a report, insights, or information regarding one of our internal information systems (Siebel, Lawson, Salesforce, NetSuite).
If you need Creative team assistance. The form includes options to change existing assets or create new assets.
Custom Donation Form:
If you need a custom donation form on cancer.org for corporate partners or specific campaigns or promotions.
If you need development of email campaigns to existing American Cancer Society constituents or potential constituents.
If you need assistance from the social media team. This could consist of simple sharing or retweeting of partner content or creation of new content or strategy.
If you need assistance from the digital web team for non-event sites, including cancer.org. This could be a promo, updates to existing content, creating new content, accessibility, or even a new site. We'll help you from inception to launch and beyond.
If your request does not fit in any of the descriptions, for example, consultations, search plans, or a mobile point of view, then please choose "Other" on the form. Please add any detail and an account director or someone from the operations team will point you in the right direction.
